While both may cover “security” as a concept, SOC for Cybersecurity is broader. SOC 2® Security focuses on controls within a defined system or set of systems. SOC for Cybersecurity expands to study the entire organization’s approach to risk management, including governance, threat intelligence, incident response, and more.
